This is your child's first movement class. It is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the endless possibilities of movement and dance.
Class is set to the music of Disney, Sesame Street, and Barney with an introduction to Classical Music. We will focus on building basic motor skills, coordination and strength. The learning process will be enhanced through the use of wands, batons, ribbons, and musical instruments. Fun with obstacle courses, mini trampoline, balls, and hoops help to develop your little one's co-ordination. Imaginary journeys, improvisation and theater games will encourage self-expression and creativity.
Dancing with Mommy is taken with a parent or caregiver. This class is geared to the child who wants to dance, but is not yet ready to be without Mommy.
Creative Dance
Our pre-school Creative Dance classes are full of fun for our little ones!! Class is set to all of their favorite music with an introduction to Classical Music. Children learn to coordinate hand and foot movement while improving their basic motor skills. Through the creative use of fairy wands, ribbons, and more coupled with your child's expanding imagination she or he will develop an enriching love for a fun and exciting art.
