Lauren Potter

Lauren began her dance journey at Let’s Dance Studio. Lauren started competing at the age of 13, where she began to train more seriously in various styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, acrobatics, modern, and hip hop. Lauren found her love for teaching and choreographing through her high school’s dance program. During her senior year, she started choreographing for the halftime show at several varsity basketball games. Lauren comes back to WTHS every year to choreograph for the halftime show and dance concert. Lauren is now a junior at Stockton University where she is majoring in Dance and Elementary Education. At Stockton, Lauren is continuing to grow her dance education while studying ballet, modern, jazz, dance composition, and pedagogy amongst well accomplished faculty. Lauren is also apart of the Stockton Dance Company where she performs different modern/jazz works. Lauren loves to educate the future and watch her students grow. Lauren is excited to start her journey at Dance by Debra Dinote!
