Since Mackenzie Rattigan was just four years old, she has been training in ballet, modern, jazz, musical theatre, hip hop, and most notably—tap. She worked alongside Robin Passmore for 15 years, performing at multiple events with her, recording videos with her, and learning everything she needed to know from her. Mackenzie also spent most of her life as a competitive dancer, taking home many championships in group, duet, and solo performances. As she grew up, she began to assist her teachers in many classes until she eventually taught her own Adult Tap, Creative Movement, and Combo classes.

After graduating as salutatorian from her high school class, Mackenzie moved on to the University of Delaware where she now studies Exercise Science and French. However, she did not go long without dancing. Last year Mackenzie began teaching at Touch of Class Dance studio, where she continues to work with intermediate and intermediate advanced tappers. Although Mackenzie has not gotten to see any of her own choreography on stage yet, she is beyond excited to let the wonderful dancers of DANCE! By Debra Dinote perform her visions for the very first time!
